Class and payment terms

Free Trial

The free trial consists of three 30-minute one-to-one classes. No payment is required if a student chooses not to continue.

Packages and Payment

Regular packages are monthly and paid in advance before classes begin. Payment is made by bank transfer. Bank details are provided privately through WhatsApp. Any applicable bank transfer charges are the student's responsibility.

Cancellation and Refunds

Paid monthly packages are generally non-refundable once classes have begun. If cancellation takes place before classes begin, a full refund can be considered. Exceptional circumstances may be considered case by case.

Attendance

Students are expected to be punctual and attend regularly. If a student misses a class, the missed lesson will be covered in the next class where possible.

Teacher Cancellation

If the teacher cancels a class, a makeup class will be arranged.

Class Schedule

Student and teacher mutually decide a suitable class time.
