Who can join Tarteel ul Quran?
Girls and women of all ages can join, including complete beginners.
Are classes one-to-one?
Yes. All classes are private one-to-one online classes.
Are teachers female?
Yes. Female students are taught by female teachers. Currently, Tarteel ul Quran has one female teacher, with plans to add more female teachers in the future.
What do you teach?
Quran Nazra and Daily Duas. Daily Duas are included within the Quran classes.
How long is each class?
Each class is 30 minutes.
How often are classes held?
Packages are available for 2, 3, or 5 days per week.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The free trial includes 3 free 30-minute classes.
Do I have to pay after the trial?
No payment is required if you choose not to continue. If you are satisfied and want to continue, you select a package and pay monthly in advance.
How are timings decided?
The student and teacher mutually decide a suitable time, keeping different time zones in mind.
How do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer to Pakistan. Bank details are provided privately through WhatsApp after package and timing confirmation. Any applicable bank transfer charges are the student's responsibility.
What happens if I miss a class?
The missed lesson will be covered in the next class where possible. Regular attendance is encouraged.
What if the teacher cancels a class?
A makeup class will be arranged.
Can I get a refund after classes begin?
Paid monthly packages are generally non-refundable once classes have begun. If cancellation happens before classes begin, a full refund can be considered. Exceptional circumstances may be considered case by case.
Do you provide learning materials?
No. The service currently focuses on live online teaching.
Do you provide certificates?
No certificate is provided.
